I don't get why we banned brothels again, I mean seriously how many people have been banned for cybering since the brothel(s?) came back?

I mean how can we ever remove villain apps if we can't even trust the community with brothels? Saying we can't have brothels because people might cyber completely takes away the the things the staff and community have said! "Put more trust in the community!". Yet we can't do it with something as a brothel?
