      Plate armor weighs a bout 60lbs, so I think you could at least manage to sprint at least for a little while in it. (Considering the weight our soldiers today run with which is about 90lbs)

      Void, it's best to just spend time around them and try to speak it as best as you can. They'll confront you in rp about your Raev being poor and then you'll begin to pick up on it.
