It's not metagaming to use IC info in OOC unless said person asks you to withold that info to prevent metagaming of IC infor given into OOC and from OOC put into IC again which will provoke an OOC anger which will be converted into IC which.....o3o
Not if the IC action was Cyber/Rape/Powergaming. Though the shouting isn't good, a good talk to the person is good. ((And a possible bash with a nice hammer))
