As for the creatures, like the game I'd see them inhabiting a plethora of forms. I think the idea of the creatures we came up with was that some deity did not see another's creation as strong enough, so he "blessed" them with artificial parts. As for parkour boss battles, due to MC constraints, you won't have the "creature" moving as you climb it, but the climbing would probably be a puzzle :D

Then kill it from the inside, or a weak point like in SotC. mmmm

As long as there is some parkour involved and there isn't a mass of 50 people there, I'm all for it.
