Haha, I didn't know you were going for accents, here. If it helps, speak what you're about to say out loud before you type it to get a feel for the accent. You'll find that most words don't necessarily need to change, and eventually find your own codex to live by. You could also hang out around Dwarves to see what the most common word use is, or you could try looking up videos of the stereotypical Dwarf accent, and try copying it, and then transcribing it.
