If they do skill wipes they better nerf the skills as well. I don't want to see lotc wars the grind wars again.

That is why they would wipe-- So it'd be easier to balance it all out.

Besides I think it's best to wipe when new map since a single map's life span is meant to be a long time(because we all know that's the goal but something mucks it up). Helps give the map even more freshness to it.
