All it takes is for one or two guards to keep watch, and if Dunamis is spotted, you rally your men and fight back. It's not that hard.
To answer your question, BNK, weekly masses aren't too common, usually sessions are held when there are a large amount of people online.

Funnily one week IRL is one whole year in RP. So people only go to church once a year it seems.
