I don't know about 4, but the rest sounds good. I think there should be more named, interesting items to spend minas on. I see a lot of these named items selling for thousands of minas, and believe there should be more things like them. I believe once Nexus, and the skills plugin become implemented, there will be more things to purchase with minas, and more reason to spend them.

Part of the reason villainous activity is at an all time high, is because right now with no skill system it is one of the only ways to make lots of minas. Once a skill system is implemented, there will be less villainous activities.

You articulated what I was thinking perfectly. There needs to be a mix of villains, not just one kind. I have seen people walking down the street screaming out nonsense, and they looked like they just killed someone in real life. I played a subtle villain for a very long time, he owned a casino in Abresi and developed to become a depressed sociopath once everything in his life went to hell. He started out with moral boundaries, then eventually just became a cold hearted killer. So I understand the appeal of subtle villains, but not every villain should be the same, because that would make villain RP boring. If someone wants to look psycho, and villainous in public then let them, not every character needs to look completely normal. You also kind of contradict yourself when you say all villains should be suttle and blend in with the crowd, then you say every villain should be unique. I get that subtle villains can differ from one another, but it is best to have a large variety of villains.

So, I constantly see signs like this: "This home is guarded by 20 million edgy pirates, and if you come near you will be quad back-flipped to death" Do I have to abide by this persons sign, or can I just go about my business? Back when I had my thief char I would just avoid any places with these signs, but it just seems so PG like. Even if someone acquired two guards through RP, I believe the guards should have to be there, instead of a stupid made up sign. So, are these signs legit, or can they just be bypassed?

Agreed, if I were a new player I would be very confused with all these unwritten rules. Imagine just joining, you read a lot of lore, and all the written rules, then people are reporting you for some rule you have never head of.

Agreed, I once had a bandit that tried to kill me, then my char defeated him. 35 minutes later the bandit comes back, and attempts to kill me again. Annoying as ****, and when I played a criminal I never abuse the rules like that. However, maybe make this for assassinations also. It always sucks to put in a lot of effort towards assassinating someone, just to have them come back a half hour later. The rule shouldn't just apply to villains.

Ok, so I'm starting up my halfling char again, so I mine as well suggest something. My opinion is hardly relevant though, as I can't build for ****, and everyone else has played their halfling char more than me. I liked all the detail put into Lenfarthing, and that is what made it so beautiful. There truly wasn't a bland spot to see in Lenfarthing, everywhere had something nice to look at. I understand this town will be built without creative mode, and is only temp because of 4.0 around the corner, but still try to cram some detail in. Any ways, I am starting up Bally again if anyone remembers him, and will gladly help build(even though I am terrible).

The Nexus promised benefits for races and such for combat and other things. However, it doesn't seem like the Nexus we were originally promised if going to happen. So... I guess we have to hope that a skills plugin will give benefits to different races, and sub-races.

I remember the hiest on Tuv's shop, that created some amazing RP. I am sad about this. However, there are a couple lockpicking plugins out there already that could be easily implemented. Why not implement one now?

Everyone can afford everything with the 50 mina voting system, completely breaks the economy. I RP a peasant, yet I have over 5,000 minas, but most of those minas I didn't aquire from voting. Don't really have much more to say about this. Dwarven RP doesn't interest me for whatever reason, but it does suck that you guys are dyeing. I do believe in the un-regioning of lands though, to promote more freedom.

Best accomplishment dealing with fighting- He says he once scared and orc off with his big muscles, and made the orc cry. Seems quite unrealistic to be honest. Wasn't Nexus supposed to be our 'skills' plugin?

What I took from this mostly was that GM's need to be a bit more active, and that the magic community as a whole NEEDS serious change. By magic community I mean MAT, magic teachers, and magic users. Some of the posts were quite friendly on that thread, but most were just rude, annoying, and pretentious. I wish the whole Magic Application System was removed, same with villain applications.
