Dead playerbase? Norland isn't dead by far. I agree with Ruckio, it doesn't make sense for there to be pre-built things. Unless we're talking about ruins and what-not.

Well, most nations are already planning their cities and stuff on private build servers. There'll probably be an initial LC for every nation to build up their capital or something at the start of the map.

i mean, technically in rp the reasoning is that its built after we get there, but we dont want people to have to wait a week to a month just for their respective roleplay spots to build their cities. last time we did that, we had very low player numbers and it only peaked when the cities were finally made.
