I think the persona name should be the name most associated with that person. Usually, a surname is quite well associated with people. I tend to remove them only when adding a title, as most people with titles don't go by their surname. You don't say Charles Windsor, you say Charles, Prince of Wales.

Using my old character as an example, I went by Nicolas Barclay for the vast amount of my youth. When I became a Holy Knight, I changed my persona name to Holy Sir Nicolas (much to the consternation of the other Barclays).

I've ended up not putting my surname for simplicity's sake and not using too many characters. 

Once in a blue moon you find someone who metagames you cause they see your surname in your player tag as well so it's also best not to have it sometimes.

Do we have any lore written on soulstones? If so, I'd love to see it

it's a bug w lwc and worldguard conflicting w eachother as they both have abilities to set door states..

In my builds I just use trapdoors like smaller slabs.

i do agree that spamming trapdoors on the side of a wall is kinda cringe tho, find a better way to texture + add depth to ur builds

The moderation is above the general player base. We are not equals by the means of mineman hierarchy. 

Our job is to ensure the safety of each player as well as to ensure everyone follows the rules.

Now while the moderation can and should work in close relations with the players; we are a separate entity. 

@Gemini You should re-read yourself, that's the exact attitude why the mods gets so much heat over bad decisions. You are not above anyone else, you are a volunteer on a minecraft server my dude. You are not some glorified internet policeman, you're here to grow the community and make it better. You're not here to be above anyone else.

staff didn't want to manage freebuild anymore so it's no longer a thing. doesn't work with the current server ruleset anyways.

hopefully in the future we get freebuild back in some form. maybe instead of the 50 block rule that decentralizes freebuild we get a freebuild system that encourages settlements to form organically all Belvitz style, that'd be a great improvement over the ol' Atlas system.
