Genuine depiction of lore and emotions pertaining to the villian as well as providing luster and almost creating a movie-like strand of RP with ominous and/or horrifying twists and turns. Don't be totally predictable. But you would know the last sentence well so :^>

Villains should not be Pixel focused.

They should have a reason to commit their villainous act, Even if it isn't explained; It needs to affect their actions in depth.

They need a goal- Also connected to the backstory. No villain should simply murder, They need a reason to do it.

Despite alot of people OOCly willing for such, They shouldn't always be normal- They can be insane. They can be 'Edgy'. They Can't have red eyes or other supernatural things that aren't possible; Instead, A unique theme is to be made for the character.
