Harassment - obsessive, malicious or nefarious behavior directed toward another player will not be tolerated.

This will apply to all platforms of communication and media. If clear evidence is supplied through means not directly associated with Lord of the Craft, it will still be followed up on. It's 1 of the most clear cut rule violations I've ever seen on the server. 90% of rules don't specify how long the ban is going to be for, for the spreading of personal and private information it says 6 months specifically, and he was banned for 6 months specifically. This is one of the least defendable bans I've ever seen on lotc like its a really painfully obvious rule violation in which pyro got EXACTLY the amount of time specified for that offense. He could have gotten more for the prolonged harassment but he didn't, if anything the ban was lenient. I like pyro too, not like he isn't my friend but he deserves to be banned for this.

The "more diverse human landscape" sadly does not exist. As joey said it's better to have 4 or 5 active settlements than 40 or 50 inactive ones, this is just common sense. When you go to Courland, there is 1 active city, Alexandria. What about the other settlements? Try going to savinia, which has a massive castle as well as a huge town. It's completely uninhabited, I've been there 6 different times on 6 different days and only ONCE have I ever found a person there. Same goes for the Duchy of Istria (lol), and the Barony of the Northmarch, and whatever Glocky's holy order city is called. I'm citing these places because they are places with TOWNS, not just castles. It's acceptable to have a castle that's empty most of the time, that's normal and expected, but if you own a duchy that has an entire town out in front of it, you should be rping there and creating rp there, not just sitting in the Alexandria tavern (looking at you hillaryforprison18), and circlejerking about how great your barony/county/duchy etc is. Courland has become Oren now and is doing the EXACT SAME **** they complained about Oren doing (see warmongering, oocly blacklisting people, etc), yet that's okay because "m-muh diversity" and it has a different name from Oren? Courland has the exact same thing Oren had except less active, how come you guys aren't complaining about that?

@TheCritsyBear I really hate the "oh killing oren allows for more nations to not get stomped by evil evil oren" because it's really not true. Human rp goes in a cycle of Oren>grr oren people appear>oren beats them>they become more and more grr oren>eventually they win>get a **** ton of decentralized tiny and shitty kingdoms with little to no rp in them>grr oren people and old oren people are still going at each other all salty like, grr oren people usually like to take revenge/hold their newfound power over said old oren people>eventually one kingdom starts conquering the others and all the old grr oren people realize that, yeah, rp without oren ******* sucks>oren reforms>continue cycle. There's a reason Oren has never died after existing for 5 years, and saying "oh oren is evil and oppressive" just shows a lack of historical knowledge. 

Now dont get me wrong I'm not saying oren rp is perfect and great and it can be really shitty sometimes, like the imperial guard/army or whatever in johannesburg before the end of the empire, those guys were shits. Because they were "imperials" they became all high and mighty and acted superior to everyone and felt free to **** on people all the time and that's a big part of the reason why the empire fell among many others. But empire rp doesn't have to suck and it doesn't suck by definition. It's not fair to say that human rp is better when spread out and decentralized just because you didn't like the 5th empire.

@Treshure here's a crazy thought: if you dont like shitty circlejerk court rp, maybe dont do shitty circlejerk court rp? You're the only person deciding what kind of rp you take part in, and if you consider centralized rp to be stagnant, maybe try making new rp? Be a bandit, go out and rob people in rp and then get guards to come and chase after you. Be a merchant and make cool rp items and sell them to players. People complain about not having rp but you never get rp if you play Ted the Human Knight and sit in the middle of a city waiting for people to rp with you, you have to MAKE your own rp. Make your characters interesting and interact with other people instead of waiting for them to interact with you, then your rp isnt stagnant, and then you dont need to participate in "shitty circlejerk court rp."

@ski king (its not letting me do real mentions anymore idk why) I don't agree with you at all. For one thing, I don't really see how each nation is doing things in a different and meaningful way. Courland is acting exactly like Oren did, fairly generic human rp, not much new there. Norland is culturally unique but also inactive (sorry norland friends love you), and even then, Norland culture can and did exist within central empire. The only group who's trying something really new are the Westerlands and.. the Westerlands begun and tried as hard as they could to stay part of the Empire. International political rp is sadly mostly done through skype chats now and even without it, international political rp only even applies to the 1% of players who are at the very top. Sure, with 500 decentralized human kingdoms all the kings and arch chancellors can make treaties and **** between themselves but how does that help the 99% of players who are playing regular people, if all the cities are dead and inactive? It's not like interhuman conflict and political rp can't happen inside an empire, in fact I think interhuman conflicts are better when done in an Empire because there's a regulating force to ensure that total destruction of the enemy faction doesn't happen. Savoy, Hanseti, Waldenian, whatever the french culture is called (Valois guys, ski would know) all have unique playerbases and cultural identities and can do infighting and political rp inside an empire.
