Time and time again, the Rex of the Iron’Uzg has tried to make peace with his neighbors. Ambassadors had roamed the streets of Elysium, offering lessons on orcish culture to allow understanding of a new perspective. Negotiations spanning months to forgive the racist persecution of the Children of Krug. The Rex of the Iron’Uzg had tried to make peace. The Diplomats of Elysium had spat in the Rex’s face. Disrespected the Children of Krug. Referred to the orcs as nothing but monsters. The people of Elysium have broken every pact ever made with the Children of Krug.   5. You know. I've flamed the admins once or twice before. Throughout my time, I've had my beef. I'll go out and be a 'hypocrite'. I don't know you. I don't know your background. I don't know where you come from. I don't know what you have experienced. But. With that. I'll say this. You don't know where the admins are coming from on this decision. You don't know every detail. You don't know every log they've seen. During some meme'ing, I saw Hogo and Llir working to try and come up with a best solution that makes everyone happy. This shit sucks. You will never make everyone on LOTC happy but they still tried their hardest. There's a thousand sides to every story and there's never a single truth. Yet they have to find the reality in it all.   6. Nexus was a system I supported. @Telanir and @Llirdid an amazing job putting a fantastic plugin together and kept updating it. Why did nexus fail. Nexus relied too much on supply and demand, requiring players to do one of two things. 1. Work together Or 2. Start alting Nexus can be broken down into multiple categories, but let's simplify it to three. Nexus crafting, nexus skills, nexus regions and nexus combat. Nexus crafting required players to collect x amount of material and spend x amount of time crafting. That's it. A very simple and unique system that helped the playerbase stand out from other servers. Though, time impacted everything. It doesn't matter if you were making diamond shovels or quartz slabs. Nexus required you to wait for everything. Now. Was it really that simple? No. Nexus skills complicated everything. You started off at 0 experience in every level. Without doing anything you could level each skill (fishing breeding farming etc) to a specified level (usually intermediate) before it just stopped leveling. You could set a profession to be your primary profession but then the max cap for your other skills would be decreased. Why were nexus skill levels important? They impacted everything from crafting times, efficiency of weapons, and even what you could craft. Darksalvo was an aengulic blacksmith who pumped out low weight gear for the order of st Amyas. Ryno2 ran around in one of the best Iron studded sets with a bow two shotting high elves. Let's not talk about travistas donkeys who could reach almost 8 blocks in jump height. Aengulic fishermen like aesopian could grapple up walls. Squirtgun the princess of sutica could fell trees with a single swing. Master enchanters and alchemists produced amazing goods. The issue is. When people see something is cool, they force themselves to get it. This impacted nexus combat. Players blackmailed others individuals to get recipes for alchemist potions like alchemy fire and stone skin potions. Players spent ours auto mining to get iron to mass produce chain boots. Spreadsheets for maximum grind % were produced and used by players. The point of skills was to allow players to be unique but everyone wanted to the main character. It became a nuclear arms race. Nexus regions had flaws. But it had a good system. Anyone could claim a plot of land. You had to have x number of hours spent on your region by players and you remained active. If you didn't. Your region was up for sniping by anyone. It allowed players to know where roleplay would be. Tldr Nexus had its ups and downs. But certain features should never return.   10. THE FEAST OF WUD “A meal of a hundred courses.” [!] A poster is hand delivered to the Emperor of Oren, the Empress of Oren, and the Foreign Administrators of Oren. Many months ago, the Children of Krug were offered nothing but open arms when we had arrived in the City of Providence. Led by the esteemed Rex Ar-Borok’Akaal and his blood horde, an army of orcs and honoraries were let into the city based on the Rex’s word of peace. The Empress had no doubts, she had put trust into the Rex. Both the Rex and the Empress gained the opportunity to see a new perspective of each other’s lives, helping the bond between human and orc heal itself. With the most recent visit, the Rex and his Horde were able to experience the customs and culture of Oren. What is paid must be repaid, for that is the Krug’s way, the brother’s way. The Imperial Family is invited to visit San’Velku for a feast prepared by orcs of great talent. Chances to experience the culture and customs of the Children of Krug will be offered to most, if not all, guests of the feast. It is asked that the Imperial Family limit its envoy to a total of 10, including the Emperor and the Empress. Each member of this envoy will be permitted to carry weapons within the Goi of San’Velku. A larger escort is welcomed to ensure the safety of the Emperor and his family’s travels, but only 10 individuals will be welcomed into the Goi. Of the 10 individuals, a reminder is placed that voidal mages are forbidden from entering San’Velku. The sons of Malin close their gates and turn away those who seek refuge with slurs of 'green-skin' and 'tusk-face'. The sons of Urguan have skinned the cubs of Krug alive and wore their flesh like pelts of a lion. Long have the sins of the corrupted spawn of Malin, Urguan, and Horen cursed the realms of Krug's People. It is time for the Children of Krug and those who follow the Will of Krug to assemble and discuss the religious and cultural oppression forced upon them by devil worshipping spawn. To the Orcs, the Goblins, the Ologs, the Honoraries, and those that wish to follow the Will of the Spirits, come to the Blessed Lands of the Forgiving Father, the Palace of the Iron Uzg.   14. FTB'ing at 12 was a violation of server rules and did not take place (as far as I'm aware). Changing the way orcs grow and develop though with size and strength is wrong when you don't even consult the orcish playerbase for opinions first. A major part of orcish roleplay as a child is learning how to overcome and control the new strength given to a child. The ability to take a life away with your bare hands because of you size and strength.

MISSION STATUS: DEPLOYMENT The Children of Krug have faced threats from an increased presence of undead and Azdrazi terrorists in the lands of the Iron Uzg and other orcish outposts. Due to these threats, three task forces have been established and are being deployed. Each of these orcs have specified field commanders for completion of their tasks with assistant commanders for organizing forces. All orcs, Krug-hai or not, have been approved for deployment. All Children of Krug are approved to accompany each company with approval from the company's field commander. The following groups have been approved for deployment -= BLOODY BATS =- Field Commander: Grunt'Raguk Assistant Commander: Keshig Kalruk'Gorkil Outpost Location: Raguk Gravel Mines Mission: Investigate information regarding undead and necromancers based in Elysium. Notes: Lethal force authorized only in retaliation. Interrogations are authorized at any black-site. Minimum causalities recommended. Investigation authorized in Yong Ping as well. -= BUURZ BOARS =- Field Commander: Ramgoth Krothuul'Ram Assistant Commander: Keshig Gadhm Outpost Location: World Cactus Mission: Investigate Azdrazi locations and capture any Azdrazi Familiars. Notes: Lethal force authorized under all circumstances. Capture if possible. Interrogations are authorized at any black-site. Small scouting groups required as well as large rallies for detainment of Azdrazi and Familiars. Shaman intervention required once scouting is complete. -= JINXED JABBERNAKS =- Field Commander: Targoth Borok'Mog Assistant Commander: Mautor Tarok'Izig Outpost Location: Frat'Blarg Mission: Perform research and investigate into new plague involving Musin and Kha. The Frat'Blarg is a mansion upgraded by Spiritual blessings. Equipped with temporary holding cells and medical equipment required for dissections and research. KRUG-HAI FORTRESS The Krug-hai Fortress is a location preferred for interrogation of important individuals. The fortress is impenetrable even under siege. Various holding cells are placed throughout the fortress alongside supplies for defense if required. RAGUK GRAVEL MINES The Raguk Gravel Mines are Fishbref's gift for torture and interrogation. This site is recommended for long term 'questioning' and is under the direction of Grunt'Raguk. Approval is required before use of his black-site. Each Task Force is required for the survival of the Children of Krug. Please contact the following Field Commanders and Assistant Commanders to request approval to join any missions.   20. The stories of the orcs have been long forgotten, some ancestral stories died out as bloodlines of the orcs ended. Legends of the era of Mogroka'Gorkil, Ruzk'Dom, and even Eath'Lur have faded from the minds. As the orcs worked, rebuilding shrines and rediscovering long and forgotten spirits, one legend became more than a simple story. The story of the Elemental Warriors, those who worship the elements at all times, even in the midst of battle. These warriors used their weapons as a way of worship, often selecting a fighting style bestowed upon them by the spirits. After years of meditation and worship, these fighting styles were collected and documented by the Krug-hai for the future warriors of the Uzg to utilize. -= Fire =- Fire spirits are often noted as a spirit of rage and revenge. They are the spirits that come the closest to the curse of orcish bloodlust. A fire spirit who begins a fight can never stop until everything around them is a pile of ashes or a burnt corpse. The fighting style of the Fire Elementals is adopted by those of the Krug-hai who show no mercy to their enemies. Those who fight like the fire spirits often use two axes or two maces and charge into battle, never fearing death and never retreating. -= Storm =- Storm spirits are what some would call crazy, but the Krug-hai like to call unpredictable. Though they act wildly, they are the ones that shape the mind and heart of the orcs. Storm spirits are noted to be honorable to the Kubs of Krug, they are the watchful eye from above. Though, when a storm starts, heavy damage occurs. Krug-hai who adopted the style of the Storm Elementals often use a two-handed weapon. They are the talented fighters that follow the wave of fire into battle or serve as the Vanguard for the Rex. -= Earth =- Earth spirits are the spirits no-one really understands. Some love to destroy, but they do it so they can rebuild what they destroy. Spirits of Earth have been known to destroy villages just so those who once dwelled in the region can rebuild their homes. The Krug-hai that adopted the fighting style of the Earth Elementals choose to use sword and shield and march slowly into battle. They have been known to hold the front line with their brothers, often taking a beating. The Earth style empowers the Krug-hai that choose the path, the orcs often losing limbs but maintaining their line and marching forward. -= Air =- Air spirits pride themselves in long range combat. One air spirit is able to collapse an entire encampment of orcs with a single breath. The Krug-hai that adopt the style of the Air Elementals often use a bow and arrow. Legendary orcs who followed the Air style were able to snipe targets before they could see them. They are specialists who can disable an enemy before they are able to draw their blade in defense. -= Metal =- Metal spirits are picky spirits. It is easy to anger a Metal Elemental, even a small patch of rust on the edge of a blade can cause the end of an orc's life around it. Metal Spirits are not just about hunks of metal, they are about what you can do with it. Metal Spirits enjoy siege weapons, fancy and decorated weapons, and advancements from the goblins. Those of the Krug-hai who adopted the Metal style are often the smiths and inventors of new ways to inflict damage to the enemies of the Uzg. -= Water =- Water spirits are lovely beings. They are the ones that love music and art. They are often spirits that travel hundreds of miles to see what they can. It is rumored that a orc once seduced a water spirit using nothing but a flute and a drum. The Krug-hai that choose the way of the Water Elementals often use spears and horses, but they are also quick on their feet. A group of Krug-hai who worshipped the Water Spirits once led a horse charge, the humans on the other end did not realize they were orcs, they thought it was a tsunami crashing over the banks and into them.
