Community Guideline Violations aren't breaking exact rules. Violations are typically handed out to players that are trusted members of the community yet show they can't handle the server as a whole. CGV's are a weapon, in a sense, in the hands of the Administration, enabling them to actively remove members that continue to show these signs. I hope that clears it up for you.

Hey! Don't be so cynical. A certain mentality is present in every fresh face that shows up. What I don't want is stifling that for every newbie because "it'll happen anyway" or targeting fresh minds as resources instead of writers.
Don't mistake me for trying to bring back the naïve Aegis chaos, I know why we neither want to nor can bring that back. Enforcing a mature standard for a server that works best when mature for an older-than-average MC community is, to me, long overdue.
CGV's are appealable on day 1, and given a sufficient appeal you can be gone for less than 24 hours so A) is not my goal.

I'll put this a nice way. The urukish voice has been suppressed. We have been forced to change our lore to make others happy. I am not attacking anyone, I am stating the facts.
Kor, the spirit of death, the haunting hand of krug, guards the starguzh. No one enters the realm unless they compare to krug. Living or dead, they can't beat these requirements. Once inside the realm, Dom, lur, gorkil, and the other children rule inside. They see all and do not let anything slip by. The starguzh is the Valhalla of the uruks lore and has never, in 6 years, faced suppression from staff. Lutaumancy is not just shamanism. It is uruk culture. If someone wishes to expand their culture, create your own lore, don't steal someone else's.
Also, uruks who don't follow the spirits don't make it into the starguzh, why? Why would krugs children let those who were unfaithful into the urukish Valhalla. Why do the uruks have to follow this way and no-one else has to. The LT said they would never touch a races culture. Why do it now.

Im gonna write something up about removing shamanism do not fret on that, but, keep in mind that spirit worshiping has nothing to do with Kor's choosing, otherwise most Gorkils would be barred from entry. I'd personally like it reserved for orcs, but due to the dumb actions of the community, and lack of actual care for the ancestral realm by the majority of players (Who don't even know what it is), it doesn't really matter.
