      @HansJensen Pretending you’re being serious right now the 1st Amendment only applies to government stuff. You can’t be arrested or fined for saying your opinion, though you can be arrested for say – threats, hate speech, etc. 

       

      LotC isn’t a government agency and thus can do whatever they want in this regard.
