when will applications be made more difficult/like, actually REQUIRING people to understand shit and know what theyre getting into. Its one thing to advertise lotc more widely but you still need to make sure those people who apply will actually you know, do good

Pretty much. The standards are too low. New players should write a 3 page introduction of themselves so they are allowed to do their 10 page application test. Followed by a one month trial period where the new player has to write daily reports of their behaviour on the server. Once the trial period is over they need to write a 15 page essay on the thesis of roleplay. And only then they should be fully allowed to play here

If your socials are the same as your ign and you actively like nsfw or suggestive posts, please lock your accounts or disable viewing for non registered accounts which automatically applies filters until the user can verify they’re 18. Some of y’all got mad nsfw art floating around which is accessible to minors. God forbid you’re OF is the same ign, it’s not that deep. Either change usernames to be inconspicuous or use the settings put into place to block minors (lotc is a 13+ platform) from viewing it.

Cant expect people to approach you privetly when youre openly smug like telling people to cope and seethe when they have a problem.
Also a open discussion is way better than a private dm. In a dm you only have a limited angle on the topic. While the open discussion allows views that werent visiable before and are also transparent with the playerbase.
Hiding and locking threads is also not a solution. Punishing people who start memeing and derailing a serious discussion on the other hand is a good start.

Dont know how people can be this dumb but the facist symbol is a bunch of straight rods tied around an axe. The symbol in question is just a bundle of sticks.. Maybe you want to see a facist symbol but it isnt one since the most important part is missing, the axe.
Whats next people cant use a + anymore, since we can add 4 lines and it becomes a swastika? Not allowed to use the letter Z anymore since its used by russia? Eagles as a flag now forbidden since nazi germany had one?
