Niet this proposition would be dangerous to those within the Church, and could be used as a weapon of partisanship. VI.) Da I support papal briefs. VII.) Niet I see no reason to change the current status quo. IX.) Niet this would compromise the integrity of the Mother Church's judicial institutions and would empower the pontificate, while taking power away from the Church as a whole. XIV.) Da XV.) Da XVII.) 21. "there be a reason Othaman's were removed from Haense, ironic tha' they think their opinions in a foreign land mean somethin'. How abou' the ISA members who attack acolytes of priests, or their failed judicial system tha' lets the murderer of the pontiff get off free, the only tyranny in humanity is tha' of the empire who starts endless wars, and who harasses their own citizens and their own vassals, even killing off their own vassals like Curon. Ah pray tha' the ancestors o' Haense don't look to see wha' a previsouly prestigious house like othaman has become. maybe instead o' focusin' on Haense, ye should focus inwards a' the issues tha' have plagued the rotten Empire for so long."
  22. Revisiting ze Krawn z. Stafyr; Reason over Rage 6th of Tov and Yermey, 347 E.S. After the conclusion of the recent court case, Crown v. Stafyr, there has been incessant and incompetent claims made by ignorant and half-witted simpletons that are either unable to grasp the crux of the case, or that never attended the case and only intend on attempting to discredit an institution that has sought to allow the rule of law to reign without respect to personal interest. In this paper, Jovenaar Gynsburg and I will attempt to clarify the legal workings of the case so that those that are ignorant to the law, or just plain witless, may understand why the ruling was proper and why justice was served. First, on the charge of defamation, Lord Hektor of House Stafyr admitted on the stand that he did make statements that were inflammatory and false to discredit and harm the reputation of the Lord Marshall and members of the Haeseni Royal Army (H.R.A.) because he was blinded by rage after their respective arguments, which later led to his arrest and call to stand trial. If his confession, through admission of remorse and shame on the stand, was not damning enough; the testimony of Lieutenant Astoro Jovanovsk further proved that Lord Stafyr did in fact spread lies about the Lord Marshall and members of the H.R.A, referring to them as undead and undead sympathizers because he did not like the Crown's decision to remove the aurum lines placed around the city, There is no question that Lord Stafyr was guilty of Defamation, for any man who would argue that the decision of the court was wrong or unjust, does not have good cognitive judgement or ability to reason. Secondly, on the charge of sedition. This charge has been disputed and claimed by dimwitted cretins to be the crime that Lord Stafyr was found guilty on "for giving an opinion." Lord Stafyr was found guilty on the count of sedition for multiple reasons, not for having independent thought or opinions, but for demonstrating clear negligence to his oath, duty, and obligation to the Crown and the nation. He must be held to a higher standard. Firstly, as a peer of Haense, Lord Stafyr has many prerogatives exclusively entitled to himself at his disposal to express his opinions in the proper way and through the proper channels, like the right to have a private meeting with the Crown and by virtue of his seat in the Royal Duma. There he could convey what his defense labeled as "simply opining" without presenting conflicting conduct unbecoming of his station. Through his outrageous actions, he violated a sacred bond between a peer and the Crown. Not only were his actions found to be reckless, they presented compromising impact on the nation's security. Any complaint of killing him for an opinion is not founded in any logical process of though. Now, onto the actual charge. Lord Stafyr was found guilty of sedition, a treasonous offence, because of his inciting of violent sentiment with his inflammatory language and outright dissent to follow the commands and orders of the H.R.A. and the Crown. Some may argue that precedent was set that intent no longer matters, but the court argues that precedent was set against questioning the Crown authority, which was often ignored and treaded upon by our previous engagements that we were subject to. The court would also argue that precedent was set that inflammatory and outright rebellious language against the Crown and his governmental institutions will be punished harshly and severely, in accordance with the severe crime. This sentence is not only not unique, but is persistently found in every legal code throughout human history. There are proper ways to voice opposition, criticisms, and disagreements, none of which include harassing the Crown's army, and disobeying orders by the Crown or his government. The ruling served by the court is in accordance with the crimes committed, and is in no way barbaric or wrong. To criticize law and order, tough judgement, and to label it as barbaric would be the same as labeling GOD and the Exalted Owyn barbaric for the fiery judgement imposed on those would deny GOD and live in heresy and sin. Severity of the punishment will always match the severity of the crime. The questioning of the court's judgement is fair and it is within your ability, just as it is within our ability to defend our decisions and to share the actual facts of the case. It is equally abhorrent and ridiculous that outsiders and foreigners would attempt to criticize the decisions and integrity of an independent judicial system. With the facts and truth, Sir Sigmar J. Baruch, HKML Reza B. Gynsburg
  23. "oh my...I do enjoy Orenians attempting to tell us how to run our Kingdom, it appears they're lost without us, living in the headspace rent free." Sir Sigmar Baruch would shrug drinking his Carrion Black as he read over the ruling he took part in writing." "double oh my."
  24. Father Karl Kortrevich looks to Bishop Benedict with a shrug, as they stand preaching in the square as they do on a daily basis, warning of the DARK NIKIRALA.
  25. Ser Maverik Baruch would scoff at the nonsense. "First they say they'd hang the king, now they're apologizin' 'cause somethin' goes there way, wha' miserable pricks. under the Empire they were complainin' abou' the laxity of the ORC, now they say we're barbaric, hypocrisy a' its finest, they only want wha' suits 'em." he'd grumble to Viktor Rauen as they guarded the King's bedchambers @Pureimp10
