Accepted, but keep in mind that the British isles are about as much of a nuclear wasteland as you can get.

Also, I propose having pok forcibly assign populations to every faction, as it's difficult to stay fair as it is.

Note to everybody, if your population exceeds 100k, it will be very hard for your populations to grow. Basically, these numbers are static and will not change for you. Keep in mind lack of weapons restricts a standing army size, so most standing armies should not exceed 90,000. If you want a larger army, keep in mind after this number they will be armed with either a pistol with very few bullets, or swords and other more medieval weaponry.
