Yea I agree with zand china literally had 1 aircraft carrier left and wouldn't even be around anymore, it would be way to damaged even if you found one. The sea would of swallowed it during the flood anyways.

I just studied the populations, and I want to know that compared to the dragon empire mine is kinda small..

 

Seeing how 'Hong Kong' isn't the remnants of actual Hong Kong, but the current settlement of a major part of the Chinese communists, I don't believe that so few people would continue their goverment like before and that many would take the monarchy they have fought for many years..

 

If they are quite large, I think I am able to have a large population due the fact I'm the other side of China. Not 25 Million... But more than just 320,000.

I think I can help you there, Draeris. The entire coastline of China was pretty much wiped off the face of the earth, and Southern China would have been hit especially hard. It's not wrong to say that a large portion of it could have just been flooded and not even there. The large population of China would therefore only be able to stay large in far inland China, and Southern China, with hexbug completely changing it from what it was historically in to an industrial area, would still be mostly wasteland. 320,000 is an overestimation in my opinion ((Considering that every large Southern cities are present day on the coast, and that those account for almost the entire population of certain provinces)).
