The Daimyo takes a moment to look into the distance and see the fleet gathered to transport his modest force to the mainland, as they march into the heart of Malin’s land once more. The Samurai and Ashigaru warriors turn to face the balcony looking up at their Daimyo and his advisors. The men cheer and raise their fists at the sight of their Lord, having gone through many trials at his side. Daimyo Ishikawa raises a hand to call for silence among his men, giving them a few moments to regroup and calm their excitement. The Daimyo begins his speech, his voice booming so that even the Village on Yamatai can hear his roar. “My People, sons of the East, descendants of the great Clans! We have been called once more by the ancestors to battle. A stain has made itself at home in the West, within the forests in which Malin’s children make their homes. That stain, which call itself the “Talonnii Confederacy”, refuses to unite the Elves, choosing instead to weaken our brethren. They are a weakness, and by my promise to the great ancestor Ishikawa, I must teach them the error of their ways. They refused to join the Conclave, yet attacked them without provocation. It is obvious they seek nothing more than personal gain and not the wisdom of Malin. ” “For many years we have lived on this island, in what some call an exile—but we have been waiting patiently like a hunter with his prey. My people have waited long enough however; with the fall of the Princedom of Malinor, we find a new opportunity to honor our ancestors. We will strike at this Confederacy, and we shall do so at its heart to rid the world of its weakness! We will honor our ancestors in more ways than one, however... the Dark Elf inhabitants of this traitor nation have stolen many Katanas from the dead warriors of the East! We will reclaim these sacred weapons, as we shall reclaim the lost people of Lenniel!” “Ready yourselves for these dishonorable separatists will fight for every breath of life they hold. Sharpen your swords and steady your spears, my people, for we march upon the Talonnii!” The Warriors cheer once more, the Daimyo takes out a war fan signalling the men to board the various vessels built specifically for the invasion. The Daimyo boards his personal vessel ‘The Empress’ leading the fleet on a course that will eventually lead it to the land formerly known as Malinor. Date and Time [Negotiable] Saturday 15th February [9pm GMT] Participants The Dominion of Yamatai+Allies The Talonnii Confederacy+Allies Location and Boundaries Lenniel town and region Type of Battle This will be a conquest type battle, invasive Quote Invasion: One nation invades another. This proceeds according to the War Mechanics section. A nation can only invade adjacent territory or territory they have permission to pass through, and they cannot invade by sea unless agreed on. An invasion only takes place in the nation being invaded. The invader has initiative. After the first battle, if at any time the defender owns all of their territories, they win. This means that if the invader loses the first battle, they immediately lose the invasion. The invader cannot attack that nation for three Elven months unless that nation attacks them. They can still attack other nations, however. Rewards If the Attackers win If The Dominion of Yamatai+Allies win this battle they receive ownership of the Lenniel town and region If the Confederacy of Talonnii wins The Dominion of Yamatai cannot warclaim the Confederacy of Talonnii for three months as the rules state and obviously keep ownership of Lenniel town and region Rules -No One Day Alts - No Potions - No Brews - No Golden Apples - No Glitching of any form - No Fish - No Enderpearls - No Breaking Blocks -No Building/Placing Blocks on Enemy Land, Placing Ladders is Acceptable 2 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Moot 1719 Share Posted February 3, 2014 Kalameet sits in the Council chambers, pondering on his recent talks of treaties and agreements. He looks up slowly, shaking his head. "As I wished to unite the Mali, the Confederacy decided to spit on my offers, then sent Mali and Valah to attack our Sanctuary! They sought to try and block out the world, to have their own realm of peace and quite. They sought to use the Conclave to protect them, while we bleed for their peace while they sit and repeat the High Councils mistakes. It was only a matter of time until our Eastern Mali would have no more of this dishonorable conduct."Kalameet sighs, turning to his courier. "The time has come... Execute Order Sixty-Six."
