Troops are seen marching throughout the city and garrisoning the Flotstad. The Green and Black Banners of the House of Denims-Therving have been thrown down and banners of Red and Yellow have hung up. Vladislav arrives in a Carriage-Train marching towards the Flotstad, “Find the Baby Denims Lord! Bring him to me! He will not longer rule Flotsam! For Flotsam is free, to be ruled by the People! No longer will we be oppressed by a Lord! We have liberated Flotsam, and now we will soon march towards the Lucien scum! The Ruskan Peoples’ Army will prevail against all odds, for we are blessed by Godan! We fight for the Common Folk! We fight for Ruska! I thought we wanted to remove Lucienites!" questions Blue to Vladislav "Tomas was forced Lord upon us, and has not acted with Lordly fervor.
