$25 still won't allow you to rename an object, eh? Dissapointing. It seems the majority of the cool perks are still saved for the people who pay roughly 100+ Dollars. Donating to the server is good, not giving all VIPs basic things isn't .-.

They have to balance things so that 100+ people get good stuff, worth more than 100.

 

If we 25s gto re-naming, then we'd lose something important like LWC or Craftbook, which I rather enjoy, and would like to keep instead of re-naming items. If you want more, donate more, I think it's balanced.

 Can you please show me an rp point to these effect's and will there be bans given for those people abusing them? and you can just turn off particles in your mincraft setting's if you do not wish to see them.   

RP Point: A gift from the skygods. In all seriousness, most of the VIP perks don't make sense in rp, and as for people abusing them, I don't even see how someone can abuse them. Unless of course they stand in front of you and jump up and down, flooding your screen with pretty colors. In that case of course, just ./toggletrails and all they'll be doing is shoving their butt in your face.

For anyone else who is curious about what the plot size would look like. I took the liberty of color coding it in single player. This is what they will look like size wise. Not bad for anyone honestly. ^_^

vip plots is a ******* horrid idea

horrid

minas is ok, but

when you start buying ingame land for ooc currency, it effectively becomes p2w central

you can add good perks

without ******* compromising roleplay and land

 

How did it take months to work on this?

Can you explain to me how a 75x75 block plot (at maximum) makes Lord of the Craft pay-to-win? If anything, it gives incentive for donations which helps the server run itself.

 

We aren't even on Anthos anymore, and this is for 4.0.

Ignore this.  It was done on the main perk page :)

 

Anyone who thinks you can pay to win a role play game, hasn't role played enough to realize you never win.  The point of a role play game is the journey, not the destination.

Can't really pay-to-win? Guys they aren't handing out mass amounts of Mina's? Or handing out prot IV diamond armor or Sharp V Fire II swords.

These look nice but I still think restricting forum PM limit is really an unfair thing for everyone to do.  It makes it harder for people communicate via forums.  It was a huge pain in the arse as an FM trying to contact somebody who had a full inbox.  You guys should just give unlimited space to everyone.  It's text so it wouldn't really affect memory of the server...

Will all perks be re-awarded with the release of 4.0? If someone who has already donated donates again to upgrade packages, do they receive the equivalent package to how much they most recently donated, or their total? Will there be any sort of early-access to 4.0 (to begin claiming donor plots or whatever) for certain donor levels? Are you annoyed by my questions?

Alan explained it in MT.

If you donate for bedrock, you will get all those perks. If you go up further, you get the remainder of that total.

So if you get the 2000 minas at bedrock, you only get an additional 1000 when you reach ender. but they may have changed it since, but thats how he explained it to me

thamks for the attempted assist but I'd rather just hear it from dev team. The whole "will donator perks be re-gifted upon 4.0 ties into this.

I'm sure the staff will keep a document of who's been given what so someone who goes directly to ___VIP will get the same as someone who went ___VIP-->___VIP. At least, that's if their legendary organizational skills are still as good as they used to be.

 

On the point of perks, i'm sure all perks will be wiped and re-given come 4.0.
