On the notice boards of several prominent towns outside of Oren and a few that were burned to ashes is posted a notice:

 

 

Attention scattered and displaced persons...

 

Has your town recently been destroyed?  Do you see humans and run in fear?  Have you wasted much of your life fearing soldiers, violence, and wishing to only live a peaceful life?  

Now there is a solution.  House Frost is generously accepting slaves of any non-human race to live and serve.  Slaves will be provided food, a place to sleep, and a name tag to identify them as property.  This is a limited time offer, so get your family the peace of mind of being protected around human rule.  Slaves must volunteer themselves for this protection.  Lord Frost will not be buying slaves from 'those who kidnap'.

 

To qualify you must be:

Non-human (human slavery is illegal!)

A member of or willing to convert to the True Faith of Oren.

Have the ability to not mock people who mock you.  Lord Frost does not want his property killed

      because it can't keep it's mouth shut.

 

Benefits include:

    Protection from Human raids, violence, and a messy death, assuming you don't break any laws of the Empire.
