Act of Imperial Supremacy, 1459

"WE HENCEFORTH decree the official religion of the state to be the Church of the Reformist Communion, its basic precepts laid out by the esteemed Basil of Sabris and Simon of Khazav, its completed doctrines, principles teachings to be established at a later date. As such we have forsaken and succinctly replaced the rotting edifice which dubs itself the 'Church of the One True Faith', led by High Pontiff Paul Tertius, called Darfey, depriving them of all legal status within the realm and ceasing our acknowledgement of them as a legitimate ecclesiastical body.

IN LIEU of this, we henceforth require that the head of each formally recognized noble house of Oren, as well as each landed lord temporal and spiritual, is to sign a declaration here acknowledging the instatement of caesaropapism, recognizing the Emperor as the autocratic head of the Church and the Faith, and abolishing the position of High Pontiff, to be replaced by a new and official ecclesiastical structure of the Church of the Reformist Communion within the elven fortnight."
