A large scroll is posted at the Cloud Temple for all citizens of Athera to read and write on, there seems to be more than enough space. It reads...

 

Citizens of Athera! Wintertime is upon us and I have come to your lands with my Toymakers to give each and every one of you what you deeply desire. Just write on this scroll your name, and the one thing you want most of all this season. However, there is a catch! My Toymakers will be traveling your cities in the coming weeks, labeling each of you either naughty or nice, so behave! Lastly, my Toymakers work hard, but some things are beyond even their abilities, so keep your request reasonable!
