It's directed toward any admins/staff who can answer it knowledgeably, but anyone can answer. Is LotC a roleplay server (early LotC) or a roleplaying game (think Skyrim, Runescape)? Personally I think Friend said it best, its mechanically an RPG server with an RP community. Of course as we see above there are people who see this server differently.
