Hark, descendants of Athera! Let it be known that upon this day, the ninth of Malin's Welcome in the year 1493, that those who have been abused by this law of ignorance be set to stand against it. For this article, standing under the penmanship of the High Elf's council, is a statement of dishonor against the duties of our people. Thus, as retaliation to their blatant dislike and ignorant tone we, the Chantry of Tahariae, shall boycott any form of aid against the impurity of the malevolent beings that being: Necromancers, Ghouls, Graven, and any other being with ill-intent borne in their hearts.

We, the blade hand of Tahariae, shall not stand for this prejudice and misguided act.. For the arbitrary actions of the High Elven council must be repaid with educational means. Therefore, they shall suffer until our Patron is accepted into their lands once more.

As per the old proverb of the Chantry,

"Dark forces are at work here; they will find no respite."

As he continues upon his pilgrimage of light and stone, a dark-faced Garion reads the notice and frowns. "It is a dark day when those gifted with light neglect their task. I can only hope such an edict of man does not try to stop me from pursuing the work of Xan."

Lorien looks to the message, rubbing his chin in confusion.

"Are they not protecting the High Elves from these 'bad' beings, or are they just...not doing their job, all of a sudden?"

"Not sure how our last boycott went but if tha's what they wish." Mumbled the cloaked man as he stood watch over the camp in the snowy pass still. A chucking a small chunk of salted fish to the furry beast resting beside him.

Valahan 'deGrey, paladin of Xan, stands aside the published document and speaks in an irate tone to the paladin alongside him.

"We live in a gloomy era indeed when a group of priests hold their abilities over the heads of the Descendants because they do not take kindly to a declaration issued to the citizens of a nation. I do not believe they read fully the statement - the published directive was one that only barred elves living in Haelun'or from practicing the arts - not the magic itself, conducted by visiting priests or otherwise. Look upon this directive by your 'brethren' in sorrow, brother, for it is a woeful day indeed when priests utilize their powers in this manner - it transcends the barrier of neutrality and instead sets a group of monks as a political entity that attempts to wrongfully intervene in the politics of the realm. Fear not, brother - the paladins of Xan will very, very easily pick up where this group of rogue priests has left off."

After coming across the notice, the High Elf Delonna raises an eyebrow and scratches his chin, with a general look of confusion present on his face.

"Threatening to cease hunting the malevolent and helping the innocent? Well that implies they ever actually did their job in the first place. No big loss. There are far more capable individuals closer to home, without the same undeserved sense of importance."

With that, he simply continues on his way.

"Quite... Violent these mongrels tend to be..." The Lich would state, keeping itself hidden amongst the shadows of Fiandra, the wild chatter of life immediantely coming to a halt as the Lich releases forth a violent spire of lightning into the sky, followed by his hollow laughter. "Very well... Come Mongrels!" He would yammer, his voice imminant as it reverberates throughout the woods.

The Clerical Order has no comment other than this "Chantry" is neglecting its duties to Tahariae. Just because we are insulted doesn't mean we can simply ignore the deeds of necromancers, shades, and other dark beings. This boycott is foolish.

Once again, a hand reaches out of the shadows, planting a firm smack across the lich's face.

"Stop shooting lightning in the sky. You might hit a skygod."

A letter is sent to two, both Daniel and the leader of this 'rogue' Order. The messenger pigeon nests neatly, awaiting for both to answer their messages.

Daniel ::

"Dear Daniel,

It has become apparent that your kin are neglecting their duties, boycotting a nation simply because their kin can't serve under Tahariae. It must be dealt with. Immediately.

- Hilan Athna."

To the Chantry ::

"Your boycotting comes to an end today, my kin had been slaughtered by the Teutonic Order a while back, however that didn't sway my Patron's Will. Tahariae would be disappointing in this deceleration. Hopefully it ends before He must act.

Do not let the actions of others stop you from doing your duty.

- Hilan Athna."

"I deny all relations to the Chantry and condemn their actions. Such a path is so blatantly against the teachings of Tahariae, I am surprised the very thought does not eat away at them at every waking moment," Mia mumbles, staring into the fire in her home, speaking to no one in particular.
