Fliers are posted around the old city of Leyulin and the site of Cerulin, bearing the official emblem of the Laureh'lin government.

 

 

 

 

"Cerulin is finally completed enough for citizens to begin moving in. Effective immediately, we ask that all existing residents of Leyulin make plans to move to the new city.

 

Housing will be reserved for current Leyulin Residents and Waitlisted Residents for the next two days, after which houses will be opened for newer residents.

 

Housing will be given on a first-come first-serve basis. We ask that all newcomers fill out the following form with haste, in order to get a better spot on the waiting list."
