Xcom: Enemy Within - Lotc Themed

Hey guys, so I like this game, and I'm going to be doing a new run soon. So I figured it might be sort of interesting to do an LotC themed run, where you guys pick what characters should be in the squad, and then I put updates in this thread on missions and describe all the heroic actions and heroic flops that is becoming of XCOM soldiers. Depending on how involved you want this to be, I can make polls on what should be researched next, whether a soldier should be kicked out for panicking and killing a comrade or not, etc. I'll try to gauge initial interest first before being that finicky though.

 

Most Recent Updates:

 

Our last mission in Australia resulted in our first two fatalities, among them an actual character - Lorina Carrion.

 

We resume next time with our new squad, one member larger now, taking on an abduction mission within Brazil.

 

Operation Frozen Blade will have two troopers returning from sick bay on it, Lucion and the Horen.

Naturally I'm going to be making an assault class for Phaedrus. Feel free to keep posting character submissions guys, just know I'll only be able to take four troops initially so you may not see your guy until someone dies or there's a less dangerous mission to bring a less experienced trooper along.

 

At higher difficulty I'll likely be running out of troops anyways, so definitely keep them coming.
