As the Advisory council of Khalestine emerges, so too must able minded individuals rise to take on the positions. Many seats gather up dust as they remain vacant, and it is time to fill those seats properly. Faiz Kharadeen has assigned citizens he see's fit to a few positions within the council, but is very eager to see new blood enter the fold. A council is no council if it is continually run by the same known individuals, it's time to give the smaller folk a chance to prove their loyalty and aid in keeping their nation standing tall, proud and prosperous.

 

An application is available to all citizens of the Caliphate of Khalestine that wish to apply for an open position. Each application will be thoroughly read by the Caliph himself as he will base most of his decision on such. The right individual will be contacted and interviewed personally by the Caliph Faiz Kharadeen.

What makes you qualified for this position? - Educated, scholar, used to complications and challenges, of the people, has been to the mainland before.

Because of my disability, someone would have to be my traveling companion in order to help me get accumulated to my surroundings as I travel and to dictate letters to send back to the Caliphate.

Why do you wish to take on this position? - I wish to take up a proper job within the Caliphate as well as assist with the operations of the government and growth of the nation. With my high levels of skill and knowledge of magical arts I thought it best to apply for this position of Court Sahooru and see what positives I can bring to the already thriving Caliphate.

 

What do you hope to accomplish by taking on this position?- I hope to accomplish the responsibilities delegated to me which of course are, protecting the Caliphate and the Caliph from magic forces as researching any magical threats/opportunities that might come along. I also wish to assist in setting up a school for individuals who wish to train in enchanting and for a select few in the Arcane arts.

 

What makes you qualified for this position?- I personally have spent most of my life studying the Arcane arts along with the tactics of battle so in these aspects I am prepared to defend the Caliphate. I also served quite a long term as the Court Mage of Aesterwald assisting the Waldenians, during my time in Aesterwald I assisted in the basic running of the capital city of Vanderfell and the nations military.

Why do you wish to take on this position? - I believe myself to be a social person, and enjoying spending time within the city. I think that I am a particularly good organizer, and that the city currently lacks any form of entertainment or colour for the ordinary citizen. I believe myself to understand others wants and needs, perhaps meaning that I have the capacity to take on large tasks to entertain the citizens, and non-citizens, of our city.

 

What do you hope to accomplish by taking on this position?-I hope to accomplish a sense of pride within our city; each citizen fully immersing themselves with our colourful culture. As eldest son of Caliph Faiz Kharadeen, I feel it is essential for myself to garner as much knowledge about the rest of Athera as I can. At the time of writing this I can only see a mere reflection—an archetype of a prince. The ambition I hold is to one day achieve the status of a venerable member of the Caliphate through cultivation and action.

Why do you wish to take on this position? -

My life which had me meandering my way throughout realms granted me time for introspection. To travel, for me, is to remove the vapidity that I have only seldom experienced before. I have always yearned for the thrill of adventure and it is by my own intuition that I feel as if I would be fit to bear this title more than the latter. 

What do you hope to accomplish by taking on this position?-
My primary goal as a Safeer would be to assist in forming bonds with the people of Athera. The thought discovering new cultures even excites me.

 

What makes you qualified for this position?-
My experience with now foreign lands extends to that of previously withholding the title of an underling "squire" to a Ser Otto Rovin. I keep myself well read in foreign political affairs, Human and various races alike. Since The Fringe, I had been considered dutiful and agreeable from past and present acquaintances. I hope to be influential and authentic when I come across new people and officials.

While some may struggle to interact with others, I find cultural diversity to be my strong suit. I currently work as a scholar writing and reading as well as farm and cook for the city and my family.

Why do you wish to take on this position? - I wish to take the position of a court Safeer to continue to serve the Caliphate and its people. I hope that I can dedicate more of my time to the city for the safe haven it has given us and others from the harsh desert. 

 

What do you hope to accomplish by taking on this position?- I hope that I can aid in creating better relations with the other nations that seek peace and trade with the Caliphate, as well as helping qualm any issues that arise within other nations of hostility for the Caliphate. I also hope to further the city and its people as a whole and to aid the nation in anyway I can for the fruits the city has provided me and my family.

 

What makes you qualified for this position?- I think I am qualified to work as a Safeer for the kingdom as I am very good at talking and negotiating with people. As a merchant selling my crops and other wares I have learned to negotiate with others and get the better end of deals. This is why I believe I would do well in the position, as well as having a large vocabulary being a scholar of the Jahrar family, as most of us are raised to read and write at an early age.
