The Kharadeen Care Act

12th of the First Seed, 1529

By the Decree of the Caliph Faiz Kharadeen and the Sultan Arlen Kharadeen, a new provision has been instated to provide free healthcare to all citizens of Khalestine. This does not only apply to those within the Capital of Al-Wakhrah, but to all men and women within the Caliphate of Khalestine. The Clinic run by Miss Kale, located within the Capital of Al-Wakhrah, is the only known clinic within the Caliphate of Khalestine and thus will now provide free healthcare to all citizens. If a citizen of Khalestine is ill, requires treatment, immediate surgery, or anything in regards to one's health it is advised to receive immediate care from the clinic.

Starting upon the 1st of the First seed of 1530, the Clinic located within the Capital of Al-Wakhrah will be receiving a free expansion, courtesy of the Caliphate's government. To ensure doctors and practitioners do not go without salary from lack of paid clients, the government of Khalestine will also be supplying a yearly fund to the clinic as a form of payment to its workers.

Foreigners are not eligible for this act unless they become a citizen, doctors are free to choose their fee's when performing on foreigners.

Signed,

Faiz Kharadeen

Arlen Kharadeen

Kiveck stops in front of the pamphlet, skimming over it quickly as he takes a step back and places his right hand behind his neck "Hmph, seems like I'll be needed back in the clinic... I wonder if Kale's still pissed at me."

Kale glances to the paper, a smile gracing her face "Looks like the clinic will be busy more often!"
