Who's the Strongest Character Alive?

I was looking up who the strongest character was in DBZ for kicks a second ago, and now I'm wondering who the strongest character, alive, in LotC is. I'm not talking about a king with an army, I mean personal strength. Also it has to be player characters, not solely ET characters. The ones that first come to thought are the Gravelords, but I know for a fact that a Gravelord will typically get beaten really bad by a strong Itharel. So my current guess would either be Daniel (dandan's itharel) or Herun (tsuyoses itharel) leaning towards Daniel I think.
