In the morning hours a band of riders make their way past the noticeboards of settlements both large and small, pinning up copies of a particularly large dark elf's writing.

I bring to you unemployed souls an offer of work! I am in need of barkeeps to tend to my Al-Wakhrah tavern elegantly renamed into The Desert Jewel. You shall be paid a fourth of whatever you sell, including any and all tips you may receive. Food, housing and safety will be guaranteed to you if you decide to work in one of the finest establishments on our side of the sea.
