When Man takes upon the sin of Iblees

From the seven skies I have been sent once more by GOD to proclaim and affirm my truths.

GOD has observed a great sin in this world, one which he himself witnessed in the time before the World.

This was the greatest sin of Iblees. The sin that turned an immortal against GOD. A sin which turned Man upon Emperor. A sin which has a simple name, and at first glance may not seem half as dangerous as Gluttony, Wrath, Lust, and Greed. Yet, the exact nature of this sin is what drives men to war. Drives men to Lust, Greed, Wrath, and Gluttony. It is the sin of

ENVY

“For when GOD bore witness to the bounty of His Immortals, He was pleased. But when He saw the bounty of Iblees, which was sin, He was very wroth with the Daemon. And He spoke to Iblees. “Why hast thou done that which I have forbidden?” And Iblees replied “For you name us as servants, and I shall devise of no virtue until I am your equal. And now my touch is the touch of the Void, and it is with all things in your creation.” And GOD was furious, and Iblees would not repent. And he fled into the Void, for he hated the glory of GOD, and by his own will was shackled from the Lord.”

Godfrey 1;7

Iblees did not sin because it was his nature. Iblees sinned because he was ENVIOUS of the Lord. Iblees sinned because he felt oppressed. And because he sinned, he moved farther from GOD, and took with and brought forth evil. And because he sinned, instead of spoke, he brought only death and destruction and his labour bore no other fruits than the darkness of the void. And because of his envy, he hoped to drive others to sin with him, in hopes they may destroy the fruits of GOD’s labours, for as we know, GOD is eternal and CANNOT be overthrown.

So this very story from creation transcends the ages and the veil or immortality into the mortal realms. The man by the name of Thomas Ruric follows this very path. His envy of the power the Emperor held over him caused him to sin, and THEN demand the Emperor recognize  him as an equal. And in his envy he wrought death and destruction. And in his envy he withdraws from the kingdom of Oren, taking shelter in his own void. And in his envy he forced his family to sin, taking shelter within their obedience.

And in his envy, he turned the children of Krug and the impure of Oren, and helped them sin. And in his envy, he walked as Saul did and tempted and pretended to be a king. And in his envy he continues to walk farther from GOD, and now, due to his sin, I, a dead man, have risen once more.

And as we know the emperor CANNOT be overthrown, for it has never happened before, for it has never been GOD’s will.

But unlike Iblees, Thomas Ruric is human, and does not have an eternity to wait. Unlike Iblees, Thomas Ruric can DIE. And unlike GOD, the emperor is imperfect and will not forgive.

And so I demand that Thomas Ruric surrender to the church, and plea for forgiveness, and acknowledge his sin of envy, and should he do all this, I will forgive him. GOD will forgive him. The people will forgive him. And I will protect him, for he has taken shelter with GOD.

SHOULD HE REFUSE, HE WILL BE SMITTEN BY THE HOLY ORENIAN EMPIRE

Thomas Ruric would nod sagely "Indeed the desire for a dukedom for my father is equitable to the seat of imperial power"

Richard Laughs. "They don't even know who the Duke of Avar is! They think it's Thomas!"

The North, consisting of Carnatia, Krajia, and Courland, is in no state of Rebellion. The isle which holds Norland is closer more to the Equator.

Sven Ruric would laugh at the (insert medium here) "This man has it all backwards, my son came to the emperor and asked for the duchy of Avar, this was all the emperor needed to fly into a mad fit of rage and demand the torture and eventual death of Thomas, it can only be by the grace of god that he was rescued."

Sven Would smile as he watched the massive construction project before him.

"God has Chosen his champion, We will see who it is in the battle for Felsen."

Julian Argansi arches his right brow in the Seven Skies, looking over to Augustus of Alsace with an expression of wonder as he learns of this new publishing by Thomas Aquinas.

"It would appear others have been inspired by your previous writings and have taken up your name to continue your cause, Father Augustus."
