Position of character:

 

Eloh'ra would be in a very "feminine" stance, her posture incredibly straightened though visibly degraded. Her dominant hand would be held before her figure, whilst the other would remain behind her; Her legs would be together also, almost in dominant grounds. I would also appreciate if you could make her figure oddly slim, boney w/e.

Terrain character is on:

 

No particular preference, perhaps some tainted land. Darkened soil, or something similar.

Above the hand that is raised before her, a darkened orb would float there.

Kharak uses a staff for his Shamanism rituals, which is tied to the history of his clan, and resembles the shape of a pickaxe.

As per your discretion, the character is generally RP'd as an impressive, massive beast, he does not express himself often, even in way of pose. He could just be standing there, he could be hefting a massive hammer over his shoulder, or perhaps, carrying a log. Something that portrays the character's brute strength. Go wild.

Terrain character is on:

Whatever would match the pose best, I really like to leave interpretations like these up to the artist.

Glothir's expression is an intimidating gaze, set in stone. It doesn't change, it doesn't falter.

 Some kind of trident, preferably as dripping / nautical / barnacle-and-sea-star-affixed as Kozi himself.

Any other details:

The art of him is a bit darker than how I picture him (glowing, blue-green skinned, fleshless/corpse-like) but details worth noting is that his body isn't entirely opaque and he has some mild transparency, his headdress covers his eyes, his skin/feathers are a much paler green than shown,  what is grey-green on the skin is rusty armor, and Kozilek is perpetually wet / dripping / waterlogged and riddled with barnacles, sea stars, coral, and other such ocean-associated growths and details. He is in an intimate relationship with the ocean. Also big detail; this is your work and your interpretation so I don't care much for details. :P
