Personally I can't wait to see the Observer blocks, just please don't make their material requirements ridiculously absurd.  

 

I also really like the Shulker boxes but I don't think those really have much of a place on the server from a player point of view. They just seem too powerful. If you do make them available though, ensure they can't be put in an ender chest otherwise we will have some real problems. 

 

Also llamas are alright too, I guess.

As I don't think many have addressed. I'll go over the new changes as I have some experience with them and give my opinion on what they should be done with. Least the main significant ones.

 

Shulker box (chests)

The Shulker box, this item is a great addition as solves problems of the "backpack" plugin suggestions made by many though to be craftable I believe it should be kept as such, though put in the leatherworking skilltree. That being said I believe this item shouldn't be allowed to be put into any other form of chest. If also possible keep the inventory space too only 9 inventory boxes and having to be put in the shield or offhand spot of the players inventory with a possible MC representation that you have it on.

 

Observer (redstone)

Simple keep it in the tinkering skill-tree though don't make it too complicated to create. Maybe the same EXP level as the dropper.

 

Totem of undying (Combat)

I suggest to remove this item from LoTC and any possible way to get it other then RARE events. Like enderperls it'll seem to OP especially with some settlements next to cliffs which you could jump down for a PvP advantage.
