They are fanatical in their devotion to the Brathmordakin, and are willing to put their lives on the line in the name of their gods. ~=~ Tenets ~=~ "Blood Sacrifice"The dwarves of Yemekar's Fist believe that dying in the name of Yemekar's Balance is a pure and sanctifying act. They teach that any dwarf who gives their life in the preaching of their beliefs will become a Martyr and may be purchased by Yemekar himself in the Auction of The Dead. "Destruction Through Peace"Rym ur Yemekar maintain that the ultimate form of rebellion is successful rebellion through words alone. They travel far and wide, using speeches and lectures to change the thoughts of the general public. With their grand and moving words they hope to create strife and chaos at the core of their enemies' political systems, fanning the flames of a revolution that will bring about justice and peace. "Bloodletting"While the group favours the use of peaceful mediums to achieve their goals, it also acknowledges that violence can be necessary. When the Kingdom of Urguan is under threat, its members will rise to the occasion, and are particularly vicious and feral in battle. Yemekar's Fist is not a pacifist group. While it believes in using peace to bring about change and equilibrium in other nations, an assault on the group's own kingdom earns the wrath of its members. ~=~ Martyrdom ~=~ The dwarves of Yemekar's Fist see martyrdom as a worthy and beautiful cause, the ultimate sacrifice. They often use the phrase, "For every one of us you kill, ten more will flock to our banner." They preach that, through martyrdom, one is likely to have their soul purchased by Yemekar himself in the Auction of The Dead. Martyrs of Yemekar's Fist are regularly celebrated in grand feasts and festivals.Martyrs - ~=~ Positions ~=~ Yemekar's Fist is governed by an Overseer, who usually has previous religious experience in the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. The Overseer has no real say in the group's decision-making, choosing, as the title suggests, to simply watch over the group. The group is largely diplomatic, with every other member referred to as Brother or Sister and invited to suggest changes. However, if the suggestions fall too far from the original goals of the group or would cause too much political fallout, The Overseer may veto them.
