Preamble.

This document shall serve as a legal affidavit between the Axionite Coalition and the Kingdom of Haense. Through years of strenuous and bitter conflict, both hosts henceforth lay down their arms, agreeing to enjoy an enduring peace between signatories. In order to secure such peace the factions have agreed to:

 

• Signatories shall immediately cease all acts of aggression towards one another, entering into a non-aggression pact.

 

• The Kingdom of Haense renounce all ties to the Orenian Empire, withdrawing all militaristic support from their legions and condemning the actions of its liege.

 

• The Kingdom of Haense cede two thirds of their lands in the previously demilitarized pass between the north and the heartland, offering extended reparations in the form of 5000 Mina.

 

• The Kingdom of Haense will relinquish all claims to the title of Duke of Courland, recognising the King of Courland as its rightful inheritor.

 

• The Kingdom of Haense will offer an official atonement to Courland for their part in the Riga war and their aggression against the House of Staunton.

 

• In an act of independence, the Kingdom of Haense declare that from the signing of this document and henceforth, they will remain void of all offensive Coalitions; a precaution to prevent the unification of an Orenian Empire.

 

• House Brawn is granted autonomy from the Kingdom of Haense, their fealty relinquished and their independence recognised by the King of Haense. In an act of good faith, House Brawm will leave the north.
