-= Concerning the Coup =-

Beneath Crumena Synalli’s order, and the backing of the mali’fenn with their leader, Aelthir Tundrak II: a revolt was coordinated in elcihi’thilln – challenging the former leadership resulted in the abdication of Orsino Acal’elor’s and the indolent sovereignty of his Uthirship. To ensure order is maintained, the installed Uthiriate is abandoned for our esteemed Sohaerate, with the Maheral, two Medi’ir, and the board of Okariran.

Some might consider this a movement that only emerged to stir disorder where it was not desired nor necessitated – alas, this was a choice besought to save our nation from an idle leader with congested ears. Oren’s fall had been imminent and Haelun’or was challenged with either declaring neutrality or being handled out to nonentity headship to then do as pleased. Despite this, Orsino Acal’elor was not willing to sway and continued to defy the wishes of the majority by installing the foreign force of Arbiters – a group that proved both overtly ruthless and disinterested in the voices of the council. This behaviour, as well as his continual absenteeism, eventually resulted in the internal sedition and coup d’etat.

For those concerned about mister Orsino’s state, I can confirm that his blood was not spilt on Haelun’or’s paving. However, whether he still lives is on his own head. If the worst has occurred since, it has not been a result of our intervention. While we assume he exists and is breathing, Orsino Acal’elor’s return to elcihi remains questionable due to separate circumstances; although this will be openly discussed at our next public conference.

-= Progress with the Military =-

Furthermore, to iron out any lasting perplexity, we declared loyalty to the Coalition – perhaps already noted as we backed the rebellion with  our own militia, implemented by the conditional Okarir’tir, Dragaar Aldirar. The Eldiraar’Thilln will now remain as an internal military; a union of mali’thill wishing to serve graciously for their nation. Moreover, Crumena Synalli will proceed to install his own sect of defence, the Regulators, albeit not nation run. This is a separated project that is not to infringe upon the pursuits of the Eldiraar’Thilln nor the populace; unless they determine unfounded activity occurring amongst either.

-= Adjustments to the Law and Council =-

Now, succeeding the Uthir’s removal: I, Erinali S. Tahn’thill, will be serving as the nation’s Sohaer and have already prompted the appointment of provisional delegates, for elheial’thilln, where necessitated. These are dependable members who will operate for the breadth of the war yet will not be made official till the public deem their service beneficial to the Silver State.

The council stands like so – additions are italicised and clarified:

Maheral: Iaria Elevarthar

Sohaer: Erinali S. Tahn’thill

Medi’iran: Ceruberr Asul’Ailer, Crumena Synalli

Okarir’mali: Vacant

Okarir’maehr: Icarus Adil

Okarir’tir: Dragaar Aldirar

Okarir’hiylun: Athedil Haler’thilln, Kiveck Irelia (This position is currently undergoing a separation and duties will be distributed between the pair named.)

Erinali S. Tahn’thill: I am blessed to have been assigned this position by those seated on elhieal’thilln. If any have qualms concerning my management, nothing exists to inhibit your ability to contact myself by bird. I have time to discuss all political developments individually.

Crumena Synalli: Proving his diligence, judgement and political awareness throughout the war’s duration; Crumena has aided with the circumvention of, what would have been, an abrasive fall for Haelun’or – something elcihi did not need after such a testing two decades. He’s also demonstrated boundless loyalty to his lliran, applying himself to a multitude of perilous undertakings to ensure the mali’thill are preserved. For this reason, I have determined himself apt to be positioned as one of our Medi’iran. If there is reason to oppose this selection, you may contact myself.

Dragaar Aldirar: Having stepped forth with great enthusiasm and a more traditional take on the military’s organisation, he has been given an opportunity to prompt the arrangement of the Eldiraar’Thilln. If he proves idle, a new Okarir’tir will be required and the implementation of law will temporarily fall into the hands of the Medi’iran.

Kiveck Irelia: Although socially detached, Kiveck has revealed his absolute expertise when it comes to sourcing out the best workers for elcihi and is ready to provide a structure capable of accommodating for all brands of profession. This is going to be an effort to keep Haelun’or mobile and fully supplied with the resources required for independent continuance.

-= Last Notice =-

Responding to the appeal of our council and the populace, the Vigil cannot operate upon the land of elcihi. While force will be avoided when dismissing them from our borders, we cannot promise further measures will not be implemented if their returns grow more frequent. The verdict will be revisited before the end of the year.

This has been all for this season – further progression news will be published when necessary.

A pale elfess dressed in red purses her lips as she scans the paper. "Erinali better know how time management works."

"You're pretty disgusting. Outright filth, you are. Some fuckin' leader, eh?" A lone man would scoff, roaming the streets of the city as he'd return home.

"You disassemble the Uthirate for our old system yet do not reinstall democracy? Maheral Lucion would be oh so flustered." says Iatrilemar.

"Where has our democracy gone? Must we really compare to the humans, look where a monarchy got them." Erendriel notes.

Athedil joined the small mass of people standing around to comment on the new reform, "I for one support this lack of democracy, too long have we suffered under the stupidity of the masses. Things should be how they originally were, in the first silver city the council was not elected, they chose who joined them when a seat became vacant, and it was the least impure city we have had since the death of Larihei."
