Pasnian Declaration of Sovereignty

A parchment hangs on the many tavern walls on the mayor populated centers on the isles of Axios, bearing the golden red dragon seal of House Roswell at the top of the parchment, the parchment reading,

“Through much hardship, warn and suffering, let it hereby be known throughout the isles of Axios that the Pasnian people under House Roswell hereby declare the independent Duchy of Pasnia through the right of conquest. The Duchy hereby declares it's claims to the surrounding directly around the city of Krakow and would gladly seek to unite with any of the bordering houses to assure peace and to more efficiently unify the region.
