Given the general void of individuals occupying key positions within the Silver Council, the Sohaer of the Silver Council, Ralnoy Kelyarus, here ordains two individuals to fill vacant seats.

The position of Medi’ir shall be occupied by Ikur Seregon

The position of Okarir’hiylun shall be occupied by Kaun Crotanian

The position of Okarir’maehr shall, for now, remain vacant pending further

To those of you unfamiliar with the position of Medi’ir: the Helper of the Sohaer and secondary executive official within the Triumvirate Sohaer system performs tasks similarly to the Sohaer and serves as his or her proxy when he or she is unavailable or missing. Furthermore, the Medi’iran hold special veto privileges to provide a check on the power of the Sohaer.

To those of you unfamiliar with the position of the Okarir’hiylun: the Master of Health/Spirit performs the tasks reminiscent of the Okarir’nor and Okarir’leyun within historical council systems -- material acquisition and allotment as well as construction and groundskeeping fall within their domain. Those wishing to help in these enterprises may speak to Mister Crotanian seeking the role of Tilruir’hiylun

To those of you unfamiliar with the position of Okarir'maehr: the Master of Knowledge's duties comprise first and foremost of the maintenance of our most sacred library. Furthermore, any labs and educational facilities fall under his or her jurisdiction.
