As some may know I tend to favor villain characters, at least I did several years(?) ago when I actively played. I assume the server has changed a lot and I honestly doubt my old character (Aster) would still fit in. Nor do I think it's a proper character anymore. As such I am looking for what you, the player and community as a whole, thinks is the coolest sort of 'evil-experience' you've had. This can be along the lines of: Oogieboogie man, bandits, evil halfling, evil pie bakery, pumpkin thieves, a mad chicken scientist, ... Spoiler ( There are a lot of great people that pulled of hilarious, epic, unique or cool characters on this server. Some of them were based on pure mockery and trolly memes. And they were able to pull it of, creating hilarious and memorable role play for many amongst us. At this moment I am looking to create such a character. (Or make an attempt at it.)) I'd really love to know what you think would be a cool idea. Or if you have had a fun experience with an 'evil, weird, insane, ...' character and mainly what made it a fun experience. Honestly throw anything at me, within those lines. Because right now the only idea I have is creating a halfling and leading an 'evil pie factory'. 3,2,1,go. drfate786 1690 Share Posted May 21, 2017 Your goal as a villain is up to the character. It is preferred that you start off as an innocent and allow tragic events to drive your characters actions. A good villain isn't an edgy chicken scientist, a good villain isn't silly. A good villain must be no different then everyone else at first glance but must have an insidious and selflish agenda. NotEvilAtAll 10906 Share Posted May 21, 2017 I actually haven't seen that much villain RP going around as of present (probably because I main a halfling, and thus I do not run around major RP hubs that often) Most of the villain RP I've been seeing is either A:Random bandits attacking the halfling villages I live in, or B:The halflings going out to mess around with the bigguns. Random bandit RP usually isn't very enjoyable for the people being bandited, so if your trying to create some great villain RP, be creative, and have a interesting and Non-Meme like motive. For example, instead of fighting people/disrupting people for minas, attack or disrupt people so that you can force them to be your friend, or so you can add the tips of their ears to your collection. Better yet, think about what makes real world crooks do what they do (other than for money), and create a bizzare twist on that realistic motive. Aphromo 12 Share Posted May 21, 2017 Villany RP is near dead on this server. Being a villain looked down upon, and all of the advantage is given to the non villans in an rp situation. Rules are constantly being made to drive villany rp away. Banditry is really not allowed for more than 30 minutes daily for one thing. Sure you could pull off something with a powerful magic user, but apart from that it will be an extremely unrewarding, unsatisfying, detrimental process. FlemishSupremacy 6115 Share Posted May 21, 2017 My best villainy experience is that time me and @KentuckyFriedCreeper went about robbing people with the plan being that he dressed his char up as a woman, and then pretended to be robbed by me, to lure in victims, who would then be robbed by the both of us. TinyBiceps 569 Share Posted May 21, 2017 i've never played a villainous character (well, blunt and aggressive but never evil) but i'll tell you a story so gather 'round. t'was a fine day in Johannesburg when my character, who happened to be a guard, was arresting a big bad ol' electric evocationist. soon after he was thrown in a cell another mage was arrested as well! these two conniving bastards then broke out of the prison! and almost killed the guards! wow! also when unbaed beat the **** out of my character with a sack of doorknobs.
