I'm one of the people who hate those that complain but never do anything - as I myself used to do it a bunch. If something seems wrong, step up to fix it. On top of that, I also enjoy helping people out a lot. I don't get a lot of satisfaction out of many things, but being able to help someone or make their day a bit easier is something that usually does bring a smile to my face.
