Dev Update: Persona Skins

S’up LotC,

Yesterday the Devs introduced a perk on the high-end of the VIP spectrum: Persona skins.

Although you’ve seen a version of this before, we now allow you to fully store your currently used skin and reapply it to any of your Personas at any time, even if you change the skin on your Minecraft profile.

Try it out ingame with the new /skin command.

Skins remain bound to a Persona (NOT your account) and override your Minecraft skin. Of course, you can switch between skins at will or turn your cached skins off altogether and revert to your default. Skins in your cache can be applied to one, many, or none of your personas. If you want to have 3 different outfits for your main character and none for the others, this is an option.

The skin cache size scales with your VIP level as follows:

Bedrock VIP: May store 1 skin

Ender VIP: May store 2 skins

Aether VIP: May store 4 skins

If it pleases and sparkles, report any bugs and suggestions for improvement to us. This is an experimental feature and it is quite possible that some initial bugs and issues will arise.

Have fun out there.

It's on my to-do list, but that list is long and my signature tells me not to overpromise :D

To be honest, even if this plugin enhances the experience for high rank VIP's, it, in one war or another, gives you a better roleplaying experience in some sort of way. And plugins that make a good experience are my favourite. AKA drug plugin, alcohol plugin, music plugin, stuff that people would love to see but still, gives people something to do when not roleplaying like idk who said once

Whoop! We just have to give the server like £50+ To get a few skins stored so we don't have to spend 2 minutes of our time changing them!

In my eyes if this was an idea to entice people to Donate, it kind of deters it, what should of been done is should be like

Iron - 1

Diamond - 2

Bedrock - 3

Aether - 4

That way it entices people to donate at least £20, not having to jump from like 0 vip to donating £100 just to get 4 skins that you could change yourself by leaving and changing then relogging.

1) You forgot gold VIP and Ender VIP!

-

2) I do believe you're on the right track, however a little change.

Coal - 0

Iron - 0

Gold - 1

Diamond - 2

Bedrock - 3

Ender - 4

Aether - 6
