Lady Aldyth var Burgundar would walk through the streets of White Peak, her heavy plate armor, making her steps heavy on the gravel and stone pathways,  as she’d look at everything her and eimar had built. The sky would darken as, shed remove her helmet , her brown hair with gray streaks falling down her back. Her eyes still red from all her tears for the man she’d loved.

Slowly she’d walk into the still uncompleted cathedral, thudding herself down onto one of the pews, with a huff ,shed look up to the dark sky, a few tears falling down her cheeks.

Eimar, how could they murder you, how could that woman be allowed to live after her part in your death. Her betrayal of her oath to  you, as her liege lord, not just once but twice. You helped her numerous times, even when she miscarried, you aided her. When her family wanted home of their own, you spent many hours drawing the plans , even more building their keep”

Aldyth would pause , pulling her gauntlet off, before wiping the tears from her cheeks, her gaze focused on the dark cloudy sky above her.

I cannot stand to live without you, my love. We have overcome so much, so many challenges have tried and failed to stop us. Yet that power hungry woman finally got what she wanted, your death. The king stripped of her titles and threw her into a tower, she should have faced the same fate as you. Beheaded , her head worn on some nobles belt.”

Aldyth would stand walking out of the cathedral, down the stairs towards the gate of white peak, tears stain her cheeks.

“I’ve left a letter, it will explain everything to all , it is time to leave, maybe something we should have done a sometime ago.”

Walking through the gates of white peak for one last time , she'd turn look over the home her and Eimar had put so much of their lives into before turning and heading south, into the blizzard. Stopping walking once she knew she would never be found. Pulling her armor off, shed lift her dagger , holding towards herself.

I would rather die at my own hands than give those heathens, harlots and oathbreakers the chance to kill me.”

Thrusting her dagger  into her stomach, she’d let her tears fall. Blood falling turning the crisp white snow a deep red. Falling onto her knees, Aldyth would pull the blade out, letting it fall to the ground , biting her lip as the tears fall, she’d lay back in the now red stained snow, looking to the sky.Closing her eyes , as the blood would flow from the wound, onto the snow.Shed died there in the south, the blizzard blowing around her.

To my beloved friends , family and Allies

As you read this letter, i have already passed. I could not continue life without my beloved Eimar. I thank you all for the support and friendships you have shown. The loyalty from each. I ask that my family be taken care of but i needed to be with him, the pain of his death. The betrayal of a women who Eimar had gone out his way to help but myself as well. He had no ill intent against. He wanted to see growth of everyone. But it was not enough for some it seems. People slandered him in court. Calling him Eimar the fat. His death should be a reminder to all, do not trust any but your own. Men should not be walking into others homes , dragging men and women out and killing them. We are all children of horen. We s`hould be helping each other, instead it is all about blood being split.

Leila Rubens, of course i shall address you in my final letter. You are a traitorous harlot, leaping from man to man, in the hunt for power. You did this, you knew fine well Eimar would die, especially when you begged for them to not harm your father, but made no attempt to help you liege lord Eimar. Let the truth be known , you spiteful traitorous harlot. You may be in a tower now but that's more than you deserve for your actions. I hope GOD will show your true punishment.

To my children, i am truly sorry but i am with your father now. I am at Peace. Look after each other. You all have done well, so far and one day you will make a fine warrior.

To the Sauntons , I have already posted notice, I wish you well with Ostmark and the future.

God Bless

Signed

Lady Aldyth var Burgundar

*As the last breath leaves her body a specter appears. no long his cloaked form he takes shape as his true, a knight, in plate armor holding a spear. as he watches over the body being covered by snow, he gives the last salute, staying there until the blizzard is no more. muttering some last words before the specter fades to nothing.* "Far well my lady, may you rest well."

Leila Rubens reads over the letter with a soft sigh after it had been delivered to her tower. She finds herself glad she kept her son with Eimar, Hathus, away from White Peak and the var Burgundar name, and begins to write a letter of her own. "From man to man, and to your own. I wonder how you would have felt if you knew."

"You spat on your liege, plunged the realm into chaos, and betrayed our trust and friendship," exclaimed Aran Talraen upon hearing the news of Aldyth's demise, visibly shaken; his gaze wandering off towards the portrait of Charles Talraen, his grandfather, brutally murdered by Courlanders. "I never thought you to be such a coward. May GOD have mercy on your soul."

Lilliana var Burgundar would read the letter, tears cascading down her face as she came to terms with her Mother's passing. "You deserved better, Mother" She'd say, as she turned upon the gates of White Peak, things in hand. "I'll keep to your memory, I won't let myself forget" The newly orphaned girl would take her leave, wondering of her place in the world and It's people.
