-x- An artists depiction of ‘corruption’ -x-

Letters are written, hundreds, maybe thousands scatter all over Adria. They lay all over the ground for all to see.

“Dear reader, It has come to my attention that there is political corruption in the Adrian courts, and in the Adrian people. The average man has no corruption, but in fact two men in specific have been brought to my attention. The names Khroll and Nedric should be familiar to you all. They are those who have proudly represented our people for time, long and short, but they are corrupt. It is upon hopefully listening ears that I bring forth that they are Dark magi. Khroll has been exposed to me as a blood mage, one who manipulates the very energies in our mortal blood. Although perhaps nae a total dark magi, he certainly has ample capacity to use such. Nextly we glace at Nedric, who has been reported able to shake entire buildings, and who also doesn’t eat mortal food.

Why bring this information to the public? I seek not a witch hunt, but I seek to inform the public of these two’s being, and their often dark magic. Heed my warning, or don't, but the public must know the truth.

Matthias passes this off as nonsense, as it is common knowledge that Nedric is a licensed rock-magician.

Hilarius ponders the strange neck arrangement depicted in the drawing.

“Is it a noose?” he wondered out loud, turning the parchment over in his hand several times before blowing his nose in it expelling mucus and slime from his sinuses.

Hannibal chuckled as he read the missive whilst doing his duties in the latrine. “It was probably a woman who wrote this. Their opinions are almost always wrong and bad.” He laughed to himself, then wiping his arse with it.
