Treaty 1349 Share Posted June 26, 2021 THE RATIKI DEFENSE PACT With the Ratiki threat having devastated Luciensburg and beginning to assemble at Urguan’s doorstep, the two parties have realized that they must unite their front if they wish to repel the invaders from their joint lands. With the formation of this pact, Urguan’s Folk and the People of Luciensburg hope to restore peaceful neutrality to their section of the realm. SECTION I: PEACE & NON-AGGRESSION The Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the City State of Luciensburg, hereby referred to as ‘the signatories’, declare that any individuals affiliated with their nation, militaries, or clans/houses shall not engage in hostile or combative action against the other signatory. If such actions do occur, both signatories agree to deal with said problems through diplomacy. I.THE signatories hereby officially enter into a pact of non-aggression. II.THE signatories shall avoid conflicts that could potentially put them at odds with one another. III.THE signatories and their residents shall be protected whilst in one another’s lands. IV.THE signatories agree that any attacks by third-party groups with no affiliation to them shall not be a breach of non-aggression. SECTION II: RATIKI DEFENSE With the Ratiki infestation threatening both Urguan and Luciensburg, the signatories hereby agree: I.THAT the signatories are awarded access to move their militaries through the other’s lands. a. SAID movement can only be for combatting the Ratiki or training. Any other movement shall be considered hostile. II.THAT both signatories shall aid the other in destroying the Ratiki threat. III.THAT the signatories shall both assist in development of siege weaponry if required in their attack. Shall these oaths sworn to each other be renewed in 5 stone/saint weeks time else it shall expire. At expiration, both signatories vow to a peaceful transition towards mutual neutrality.
