The Mali’thill people have suffered. --- Our tears drip slowly, the jewelled beads of salt-water sliding solemnly down the faces of silver oem’iian. We have suffered, and empathising with our suffering, Larihei has wept. The flood of Her tears washes away the dirt, the dust that has settled on the Path of Silver, the path of Purity. The fresh fall of new rain lustrates the scalps of the Mali’thill, opening their eyes from their slumber, harkening a new age. The Mali’thill people have awakened. --- Now, we see. Now, we realise the errors - the falsehoods told by those ‘ata of previous reign, the deceitful actions of those infected with the terrible rot of impurity. the Mali’thill people seek change. -= THE OPEN PETITIONS =- [!] The Open Petitions, awaiting signatures, are located within the new Haelun’orian Arts Centre, just beside the Silver Tavern and the Gates. Within the newly-opened Haelun’orian Arts Centre, upon the Ground Floor, Ten Petitions have been placed. The Haelun’orian Citizenry is encouraged to sign as many of these as they see fit to agree with, to show their support and request these changes be made as swiftly as possible by the current Silver Council. It is to be hoped that in an Elven Week, these petitions may be collected and brought to elHeial’thilln for their immediate attention, demanding their consideration in line with the will of the Mali’thill people. - Do your part : mark your place in history, leave this legacy of greatness to be recalled for all time, and sign the petitions! - [!] For the Convenience of All, and to keep a Permanent Record, Mali’thill are encouraged to add their signatures below this missive also, recording down the numbers of the proposals one might support. The List of Ten Petitions reads as follows : I : Petition for the Scheduling of Council Meetings every two-to-four Elven Weeks. II : Petition for the return of Closed Haelun’orian Gates and Sillumiran Gate Duty. III : Petition for the requirement of Donation of Books to the Eternal Library in order to receive Haelun’orian Citizenship and access to the Library. IV : Petition for the reconstruction of the Haelun’orian Acid Pits. V : Petition for the reestablishment of the Haelun’orian Laboratories. VI : Petition to revoke Dismissal of the Malauriran, calling for a return of the Maheral to be selected by the Council of Malauriran. VII : Petition for the reintroduction of Purity Trial Procedure and a city-wide focus on upholding Purity. VIII : Petition for a refurbishment of the Eternal College and Library, with the additional construction of a National Museum, Theatre, and Ballroom. IX : Petition for the creation of a Memorial wall, to commemorate and remember the lost Mali’thill who have passed. chezel_ 264 Share Posted July 7, 2021 A great round of maniacal laughter leaves Seraphite Viradiraar as she finishes reading the missive, tossing it to the ground and grinding her heel into the parchment, watching with satisfaction as the paper collects filth, soon tearing as it crumpled under her foot. She walks away after a drawn moment of destroying the missive, leaving it illegible and in pieces on the ground where any could find.
