ARTICLE I: TERMS OF THE CONCORD
I. The SIGNATORIES shall be defined as His Serene Highness Olivier II and the Right Honourable Count of Susa: Lord Matyas Basrid 


II. The SIGNATORIES assert that should this concord be broken subsequent shall fall to the Sovereign of Savoy; 
a. The Comital lands of Susa - of which includes the Comital crown. 


III. The SIGNATORIES assert that this concord shall be amenable on recorded concurrence between both of the SIGNATORIES.

 

ARTICLE II: THE CONCORD
On account of the above established assortments - the SIGNATORIES affirm that:

 

I. On the House of Basrid
1. The Count of Susa shall swear his - and the Comital household of Basrid - sword to the Principality of Savoy.
2.
The Count of Susa shall move the Comital lands of Susa to the Principality of Savoy. 
3.
The Count of Susa shall move the Comital household of Basrid to the Principality of Savoy.

 

II. On the Count of Susa
1. The Sovereign of Savoy shall elevate the Count of Susa to Khedive of Rudria.
2.
The Sovereign of Savoy shall allocate land to the Khedivate of Rudria - as well as the Comital lands of Susa - for the development of the continental Rhenyari.
3.
The Sovereign of Savoy shall aid in the construction of the Khedivate of Rudria.
