A WISTFUL DEPARTURE

Alec watches on with a heavy heart, having finally convinced the peasantry to lay down their arms and returns to their fields. He retired back to his humble little shack, hoping he didn't cause too much of a ruckus with all that shield banging he'd done. Ah well. At least he had his stew...

The man hums a little Savoyard tune he picked up on the trek home, letting the scents of blood-lotus flow throughout his Dobrov abode. And so it goes.

"So much potential. If only she hadn't committed treason against the crown." William Alstion tutted wistfully.

"She is indeed a traitor, liar, and most definitely a sinner" Tylos II commented in response to an Acolyte who had come to read the message to him. "We shall pray that one day they might confess and repent"

Somewhere within the deep forests of the land, Selvia de Orsella seemed to of been slowly becoming mad, blood staining her hands. The one thing keeping the woman somewhat human was the memory of little Vasileia running around during her time as Governess of Savoy.

What a mischievous little girl she was.

"You are not the measure . . . The measure of all things." the monk murmured to the sea. Perhaps the realization would one day - one day crawl through the pits of Vasileia's mind.

Jurgen rests, wherever his God sent him, for better or for worse. Yet, of the few things he knew for certain, one was this: he had died defending Princess Catherine Barclay, and those that killed her were stranger Orenians. And indeed, many of those that had signed the Chancellor's declaration against the Prince, had been involved in a coup against the last Prince, which he himself had stopped.

He had never asked for recognition, but the idea that he would be condemned for defending the Princess of his realm, and indeed somehow accused of murdering her (against all reason), by his own Chancellor... that would be beyond reason. And yet so it happened. He was accused of murdering the woman he died protecting, and his accuser lived even though she was executed. But at least now she, mayhaps, would **** off, and let his soul rest.

Adrian Marcellus lamented the departure of his goodly cousin, a last keepsake beside Anastasios of his childhood companion Darius. All he wished in that moment upon reading of her demise was that he might have had greater opportunity to know her before the end. Though the time they spent together at Aster Hall too would serve as an unforgettable memento. He would see the young children she had left at court were in good hands, to be raised well. Something he had failed to do during his time in exile. Savoy was a second home to him; no longer though. With Catherine and Darius' daughter both gone this new nation was clearly no place for his budding family, nor for any reasonable soul.

to the people who harassed her to PK, **** you.

^^^ This, it's disgusting for me when I see people pulling out the Undead blogposting on the forums. It's OOCly motivated PK peer pressure; plain and simple.
